    Creators of games are idiots. They forgot this. Frieza doesnt
     have his body OR that part of hir tail when he shoots "DIE BY MY HAND!" In fact, he has HALF his body AND no tail!

    They're not idiots nor did they forget. They used the in-game character models for all of the cut scenes. For them to have Frieza with his arm and lower body missing, they would have had to create a whole
     new character. That seems pretty pointless for just one scene.
