    I am starting to see how using a ball means getting better abs you have to engage your core to keep yourself stable and I feel like I am already feeling

    more motion is not more effective and engaging the core more is the
     same as increasing the compression. Will people STOP doing crunches! Also during the bridge, you need to not perform a posterior pelvic tilt like the girl is doing in the clip

    She needs to roll back on the ball for more stabilisation and hit the abs alot harder.... Last exercise you should have arms out and palms up because alot of people these days are kyphotic from desk jobs and driving so having
     the arms down like that will make for more insentive in drawing the shoulders forward and round up!!

    Good video.
     I've never used or even known what to do with a ball before, but I might just have a go the next time I'm at the gym. My lower back feels weak after losing 4 stones in the last 3 months, so I need a bit of muscle to replace the fat that used to support my core.
