lower back more than my abs.... any tips? afterward I feel my lower back sore more than my abs...
same as increasing the compression. Will people STOP doing crunches! Also during the bridge, you need to not perform a posterior pelvic tilt like the girl is doing in the clip

I've never used or even known what to do with a ball before, but I might just have a go the next time I'm at the gym. My lower back feels weak after losing 4 stones in the last 3 months, so I need a bit of muscle to replace the fat that used to support my core.
