I think this is one of the most fantastic things I've ever heard of. The concept of having an orchestra that plays videogame music. When I think of my childhood, years ago, NOBODY would've taken this seriously. And I whole-heartedly agree, it's about time that videogame music got the recognition it deserves. Thank

I was lucky enough to hear the Eminence Quintet live in Baltimore back in July... they are truly an indescribably amazing experience (even just a string quartet and piano headed by Hiroaki Yura). Their last-day concert was packed, every seat full... I'd estimate well over a thousand people showed up, and they ALL loved
the experience. I hope for their continued success!

If you've been
in band or orchestra, you might have seen this phenomena. People just figure out the notes of something and then go off and play it. I know for me and some of my friends, it was the theme from Star Trek 8 and "Tank!" from Cowboy Bebop.
