    Niiiiiiiiiiiiiice! I didn't know that Mario/Peach was made into a cartoon. Judging by Peach's red hair, I guess this was recorded in the 1980s? Thanks for sharing
     :-) Nice to see the familiarity of Shy Guy etc from Mario Party series, and now it relates to this video. Me gonna do some research on this now :-D

SMB1 had an orange color due to the black background, SMB2US was a brick red which worked best with the different colored backgrounds and SMB3 the hair was almost black to contrast the light background of the ending. It wasn't until
    the 16 bit era where they could use more colours for sprites at one time (16 as opposed to 4 on the NES) that they made Peach a blonde.
