    According from what i've learned from Oda ( the creator of One Piece ) Luffy ( the main character ) he feels that killing the bad guys would be a bit too light, since he considers that they spare the lives to see their dreams
     shattered would be a more appropriate of a punishment, death is nothing compared to having its dreams torn apart in One Piece.

    Sad excuse to not kill off Crocodile, Enel, and Lucci, all of which have more fans than anyone in the strawhats but maybe luffy, zoro, and maybe brook. Anyway, how well did that work out, crocodile is
     competitive for one piece, lucci is on his own now and doing what he truely wants as it wasn't really his deal to catch robin, and enel is on the moon =w= He's on the moon with aliens, partying Yep, enel is so pained by all that. Oh and he is, it was on cover story. It says what they are doing.

    Its all about moral and ethical values if luffy doesnt kill its enemies ironically the enemies he has fought in the past turn into ''good
     villains'' like Crocodile helped luffy in Impel Down same with Baggy. The fans doesnt want Crocodile, Enel and Lucci to be leftovers from the anime that's why they have ''Mini Adventures'' i think its a matter of who will be the strongest enemy for luffy in the future if they ever meet again. li

    Well that's your opinion and i respect it maybe Oda is really a pussy about killing characters but honestly
     does it change anything in the anime? i doubt it One Piece has its good and bad sides like every other animes.

    It's not my opinion, it's fact, some people might think one piece is the best but they just haven't seen good ones. But yeah,I can't name the best manga/anime, but I can tell you one piece isn't it. Because
     the others are way better quality.
