    I really like the rings better than the moon gel, however I do sometimes use both together
    and it works out great for me

    I like stidio rings but moved over to moon gels. i was having that problem of the rings vibrating and popping off sometimes.

     the moon gel but switched over to the studio rings. I love the rings best

    my boy friend loves the rings the most
    he always complained about the sticky
    moon-gel residue on
     the heads and the blue tent it left behind No problem with the rings and he hits really really hard for a drum player

    I used moon gel for many years and yea,
     the moon gel does leave the drum head sticky after a while. Plus it leaves a blue print on the heads too. So I really like the light weight drum rings and I'm a HARD hitter ! ! !

    for now my the only drum muffling ive used is a ring on my snare(mine just happens to be an evans) for my toms i dont have
     any muffling but since im going to my local drum store soon im thinking of getting me some heads made to dampen those. 5 stars for the vid though. may not have had much of a effect on me but im not a new drummer, for the new drummers this is a perfect vdeo.

     leave my head sticky but it left my coated heads blue!! lol but right now im using both on my clear heads

    I like the rings
     for snares and moon gels for toms. thats just a personal preference of mine. like i said in my last comment great vid.
